Happy New Years Peaches!! We made it to 2021!
This week I am talking to Rachel Windley Speckman. Rachel became a Zumba instructor in 2018 and started working at Weber State University in Ogden Utah. Rachel found her love for building the confidence and self love of her students. She got a scholarship from Weber State and was able to get certified through the American Council on Exercise. Since then, she has been teaching choreographed fitness classes. She has found her passion in helping woman to realize the fitness industry is for all body types and sexy has nothing to do with the shape of your body.
