We're back with another incredible episode! This week I'm talking to Lauren Bailey, a San Francisco-based nurse, intersectional-feminist, and self-love advocate. Lauren believes body positivity and mental health are just as important as any physical or medical condition in this journey towards wellness, and overall is such an awesome person!
In this episode we start off talking a lot about self-discovery, and the deep relationships that can help us transform the most. We then dive into Lauren's work as a nurse and talk a lot about her perspective on medicine as it pertains to the plus size community.
